Do I own the website if I cancel?
The site lives on our hosting during the plan. If you cancel after the 12-month term, you can buy out the site at a fixed fee and take it anywhere, or we can export it to your own hosting.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes, you can move up to a higher tier at any time. We’ll pro-rate the difference and transfer everything across with no downtime.
What counts as a content update?
Text changes, image swaps, adding a new team member, updating prices or opening hours, anything that doesn’t require a new page or redesign. Those are quoted separately.
Is there a setup fee and why?
A small setup fee covers the time to build your site at the start. It’s significantly lower than a one-off build cost; the monthly fee recovers the rest over time.
